Baby Anna from Scotland sportin’ her Kat in the Hat duds. Purtiest little girly, isn’t she?

Customer Pics, Market and More… October 20, 2008

This is a motley assortment of images that I have been meaning to post, and haven’t had time. Still don’t, so please forgive the fact that they have nothing to do with each other.

Sassy has decided that ballet is not her thing (although we are going to stick with it until she flat out refuses). She wants to play SOCCER like brother, and is all about his old uniform. Although apparently pouty- mc-pouts-alot is having a “moment”.

Here I am at Market!

Maggie the trusty mannequin 🙂

And Hide-ees!! The new product of my sweet friends Sarah and Brooks. I did the logo for them and we became buddies. We all went to market together. This is an AWESOME product. “Shorts” for slightly bigger girls who have outgrown bloomers, to wear under dresses and skirts. The fabric is buttery soft and they will offer tons of great fabric options. Their site is underway but be sure to bookmark it and check it out! These have a cute ruffle around the leg…a little different (and way cuter) from some of the other products out there

Here are a few of my cute customers who were kind enough to send photos:

gosh, it’s been along time, huh? and today there will be no visuals, no proper capitalization etc…just a quick update for those who care (hi mom). last week we went to market. how cool is that place? pretttttty nifty. rows and rows of designer jeans…HELLLLOOOOOO TRUE RELIGION, Frye boots (I die, a-la Rachael Zoe), max azria…seeing the collections before anyone else…LOOOOOVE it. Although it was a really skant turnout compared to usual they say (due to this lovely economy) it went well for Kat in the Hat—so, a new chapter will begin. I returned home about as stressed out as I’ve ever been, and quit my job (TOOOOO many deadlines in my life)—I guess that was pretty scary, so my blood pressure shot up and I ended up staring at hospital walls wired up like frankenstein for two days (worrying about tee overload of course). Yeesh. Never a dull day around here. And my apologies to all of you have experienced my stress via your INCORRECT t-shirt, if you were so lucky. I have made more mistakes recently than ever before. But I am home now, cool and calm, trying to put a dent in the stack (no more mistakes!!!) and looking forward to the “freelance” life, or whatever it is. One of those balls I was juggling has fallen. YAY.

my sweet hubby deserves an award for holding down the fort and actually doing it pleasantly without any teeth grinding or grumbling. THANK YOU. And i’ll post pics from market at some point when the dust settles.

…hugs. k
